Manager Development

Where do your Managers fit in ? Are they viewed as part of thre management and do they contribute effectively in decision making in the Company ? Have they a clear picture of their role and have they received appropriate training to meet their duties ?
Managers, just as any other category of employees need preparation for their role. We believe we are able to meet those needs and would be pleased to discuss them with you.
The course is practically based and is structured for newly appointed, and potential Managers as well as existing Managers.
The duration is four days.
The course can be run on site or as an open course in our office.
