Supervisor Development

Where do your Supervisors fit in? Are they viewed as part of the management or part of the workforce? Have they a clear picture of their role and have they received appropriate training to meet their duties?
Supervisors, just as any other category of employees need preparation for their role. We believe we are able to meet those needs and would be pleased to discuss them with you.
