Jim Stewart, CBE, M.A., BSc., (Hons), F.Ins. L & M
Jim Stewart is an experienced businessman with both local and international management experience at board and senior management levels.
He also has significant experience in the public sector. He is a former Chairman of Greenpark Health Trust, the Northern Health Trust and Warrenpoint Harbour.
He was also a Non-Executive Director on the Eastern Health Board, Ledu, AFBI and the Northern Ireland Quality Centre.
Jim is also Chairman of Sentinus, a registered charity promoting training in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics in schools in Northern Ireland.
Jim was awarded the CBE in 2009 for his leadership and contribution to the Ports Industry in Northern Ireland when he was Chairman of Warrenpoint Harbour. He has a B.Sc. (hons) from Queens University and a M.A from the University of Ulster and he is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management.
Donna is also Company Secretary and a founder member of Training Solutions (NI) Limited. She is a highly experienced administrator and has extensive knowledge of health and safety administration especially the CSR scheme in Northern Ireland.
Donna ensures that our registrations are carried out efficiently and that all certificates and cards are issued to delegates as soon as received.
Donna has a wide range of experience in the training sector and is very knowledgeable regarding accredited courses and qualifications.
Josephine Wright B.Ed.
Administration and Procurement Manager
Josie is an experienced and qualified administrator and a very valuable member of the Training Solutions team.
Josie ensures that all our courses run smoothly and that everyone is well looked after. She completes all the course registrations, updates and maintains our training records and database and makes sure that all our delegates receive their certificates and cards efficiently. She is particularly very experienced in CSR administration.
Josie has a B.Ed in Science from Saint Mary’s University College in Belfast.
Drew joined the team in October 2018. Drew graduated this summer from Queens University Belfast with a Hons Degree in Business Management. He is a Technical Member of IOSH. He has taken on the role of Operations Manager. We look forward to working with him for years to come.
Health and Safety Manager
Ingrid Napier joined our team as a health and safety manager in January 2022. She is delivering a range of health and safety courses. Ingrid is significant experience in industry and we look forward to working with her for years to come.
Marsha joined Training Solutions in 2016 and is an integral part of the team. Marsha has a wealth of experience in administration within the public sector. She has excellent customer service skills and is extremely helpful to all of our clients.
